A user hiding under the nickname Apple Demo tweeted photos of a prototype of the very first 38mm Apple Watch. Unexpected was the presence of a case that turns the watch into a kind of push-button telephone:
According to him, in this way Apple disguised the watch even in the period when it was not presented. This is done to transport the device.

Earlier on the Apple Demo channel, a video with a prototype of a 42mm Apple Watch was posted. This clock was disguised as a strange looking player like iPod nano:

It’s hard to say if this is a real prototype or a fake. At least the earlier Apple Watch has a Lisa Tester with an icon in the form of Lisa Simpson’s head:
This application is needed by testers. It tests the basic functions of the watch. There is no evidence in the new device that this is a real prototype. In addition, doubts about the reality of this Apple Watch are raised by the fact that this prototype has survived to this day, since the company usually destroys such devices.
