In the Dnepropetrovsk region, members of a gang were sent to court, which attacked citizens with weapons and stole their personal belongings.
This was reported in the press service of the regional prosecutor’s office.
As it became known, the curator of the gang was a resident of Dnipro, who was imprisoned in a penitentiary facility. From there, he was able to organize a group that, throughout August and September 2021, carried out robbery attacks on citizens using weapons and physical force.
“The participants used climbing equipment to penetrate the premises of the apartments. During one of the robbery attacks, the victim was killed. Mobile phones and funds obtained by criminal means from precious metals were distributed among the gang members. Now all the gang members are in custody. The perpetrators face a term of 8 years to life imprisonment with confiscation of property,” the press service of the regional prosecutor’s office said.
