A sudden check of the reaction forces has begun in the Armed Forces of Belarus.
During the inspection, military units and subunits will practice putting on alert, marching to designated areas and performing combat training tasks. Thus, they want to test the readiness of the personnel for “prompt response to possible crisis situations.”

Military units and subunits will operate in unfamiliar areas of the terrain in a rapidly changing situation. The composition of the forces involved in the verification will be gradually increased. According to the Ministry of Defense, this will test the ability to counter military threats both on the ground and in the air. In addition, during the inspection, it is planned to move a significant amount of military equipment.
“The ongoing events are one of the most effective forms of troop training and do not pose any threat either to the European community as a whole or to neighboring countries in particular,” the ministry said in a statement.
As reported, the armed forces of Belarus continue to strengthen the Ukrainian-Belarusian border in the Brest and Gomel regions.
