HP has expanded its range of portable computers by announcing the ZBook Studio G9 mobile workstation based on the Intel Alder Lake hardware platform.
The laptop is equipped with a 16-inch display with a resolution of 3840 × 2400 pixels and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. Modifications are available with and without touch control support.
The maximum configuration includes a Core i9-12900HK processor with 14 cores – six performance and eight energy efficient. The clock frequency when using Turbo Boost Max 3.0 technology reaches 5.0 GHz.
It is allowed to install a discrete graphics accelerator NVIDIA RTX A5500 or NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 Ti. The amount of RAM DDR5-4800 reaches 64 GB. The M.2 PCIe 4 SSD has a capacity of up to 4TB.
The device is equipped with Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.2 wireless adapters, an audio system with four speakers, two microphones, Thunderbolt 4 interfaces, USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C, USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A and a standard audio jack. Sales will start in June; the price has not yet been announced.
