Since the beginning of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Russian propagandists have been coming up with new fakes every day to demoralize Ukrainians and discredit the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Experts from the Center for Counteracting Disinformation under the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine have collected a selection of fakes , manipulations and disinformation stuffing that the enemy produced during May 13.
This is stated in the message of the Center for Combating Disinformation.
The Russian Defense Ministry said that against the backdrop of a growing fuel crisis in the Kharkiv region, ” militants of nationalist battalions are cynically speculating on misappropriated fuel coupons intended for ambulances and other emergency services.” This is a complete fake.
Russia’s Permanent Representative to the UN Vasily Nebenzya stated that there was evidence “that American scientists … carried out tests of potentially dangerous biological drugs on patients of the Kharkiv Regional Clinical Psychiatric Hospital No. 3. Similar experiments were carried out in the psychiatric hospital No. 1 in the village of Strelecha, Kharkiv region.” This is disinformation.
Russian State Duma deputy Oleg Morozov said that “by his statement about Russia, Poland encourages us to put it in first place in the queue for denazification after Ukraine.” This thesis of the deputy is caused by “harsh statements about Russia.” This is manipulation.
Recall, as Ukrainian intelligence reported, the occupiers are convincing the residents of Berdyansk that the Armed Forces allegedly “intend to use chemical weapons in the city.”
