The ITC.ua editorial team is looking for a new author to write interesting and exciting news about consumer electronics, gadgets, new technologies, as well as all the most interesting from the world of IT and related areas of life.
We are looking for those who are able to write about complex things in a simple and understandable language – this is the most important and hardest part of the job. Whether it ‘s a new iPhone, or the discovery of a new twin of the Earth, or the development of quantum teleportation technology; any such informative text should be easy to read.
If there is something that you understand best (for example, games or movies), this is only a plus. Expertise in certain topics, the desire to understand, analyze, get to the bottom of the essence and initiative are of the greatest importance. Below are the details of the requirements.
You are our person if:
- have experience in writing texts for IT media or a blog (examples of published materials can be found on the website);
- follow the industry news in Ukraine and the world;
- you are interested in IT and technology topics, you know how to write simply about complex things;
- you have a light pen, do not make friends with the office worker, but you are on good terms with logic and structure.
What will you do:
- Monitor the news feed and look for interesting informational occasions;
- Write notes on the site – quickly, competently and to the point;
- Create announcements for social media.
Your ideal background
- From two years of work as a journalist in business, IT-media or other media or personal / corporate blogging.
- You have a portfolio of quality writing that you are proud of.
- You know the Ukrainian language very well, you understand and can adapt even insipid technical text from English.
- Comprehensive thinking, the ability to separate the main from the secondary, logically build a structure and beautifully compose an informational text
- There is inspiration to understand new topics, you know how to ask the right questions to yourself and the speakers, you can make a versatile story;

What we offer staff writers
- Hours of work: regular full-time workdays from Monday to Friday. We do not consider people for part-time employment.
- We pay on a white basis, including paying taxes for team members, vacation – 24 calendar days a year, sick leave.
