Well, Motorola razr 5G made it to Russia. The folding smartphone from Motorola plays on the feeling of nostalgia, while being charged with modern technologies to the maximum. Let’s not beat around the bush. Motorola razr 5G has only one competitor – Galaxy Z Flip from Samsung.

The advantage of Motorola razr 5G is a flexible screen, which, unlike the Flip, has no fold, that is, in the open state, the fold is not visible or felt by fingers. The second point is that in the folded state there is no gap between the halves (again, unlike the Z Flip). Thirdly, there is a full-fledged external screen (the Z Flip only has a notification bar, which the clock barely fits on). On the Z Flip side is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 chipset, while the Moto razr uses the powerful, but not the flagship Snapdragon 765G chipset. The process technology for the chipsets is the same, but the 765G is more energy efficient, although less powerful. However, the power of the 765G is enough for any task.

Motorola razr 5G, of course, is an interesting smartphone and in terms of general body kit bypasses the analog from Samsung (both 5G, and an external screen, and there are no folds and gaps between the halves), but it appeared on the Russian market at the wrong time. First, the Galaxy Z Flip can be found for 69 rubles. And with a difference in price of 990 rubles, you can somehow put up with the lack of an external screen by purchasing a new PlayStation with the saved money (when the deficit for it decreases). Secondly, the Galaxy Z Flip was presented in February, and very soon Samsung will probably introduce a new model, in which, in theory, it should improve all the current shortcomings, as well as provide an answer to competitors. If the smartphone was launched in the middle of summer, then it would look more promising. However, Motorola razr 50G is still a great choice for those who are tired of Samsung and want something fresh.

A processor, a 90 Hz screen, a battery, cameras, 8 GB of RAM (they also stuck good memory, 20 MB / s of speed, like in flagships), 000 GB of storage – everything is very decent. As in the advertising article, I note that I see exactly 2 cons. Firstly, this is a purchase through AliExpress.
