The console turned out to be very futuristic and unlike the Xbox Series X, it will be difficult to fit into the classic interior. As for new games, I can’t say that there are very interesting offers, for which it is worth queuing up for the console, but at the start it usually happens and only in the first year really worthwhile releases appear. OPPO starts selling its new products

Last week, the Chinese company OPPO announced the start of sales in Russia of its two new products, the A52 and A91 models. The first smartphone will cost 17 rubles. It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 990, equipped with 665 GB of RAM and 4 GB of permanent storage with the ability to expand it using microSD memory cards, and not to the detriment of one of the SIM cards, since the model uses a triple tray. The second novelty OPPO A91 is already more interesting in terms of characteristics, but it also costs 27 rubles. She has a 990 ″ AMOLED display with a fingerprint scanner underneath, 6.4 GB of RAM and 8 GB of permanent memory. The processor here is MediaTek, but this is a very peppy Helio P128 with Mali-G70 graphics. The battery is smaller, at 72 mAh, but with support for fast charging VOOC 4020, which charges from 3.0 to 0% in just 50 minutes, and the necessary power supply is already included. The main camera is also with 30 modules, but the main one is already 4 megapixels, plus there is an 48 megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, and according to the developer, a very good night mode Ultra Night 8. The model has a nice design and a small body thickness, only 2.0 mm, without the camera protrusion. Of course, NFC, 7.9mm and Type-C are available. It’s strange that the A3.5 is running Android 91, while the younger model A9.0 is running Android 52. True, the manufacturer promises to soon release an update to version 10, and even with a new version of its own ColorOS shell.

Audi brings e-tron to Russia

Carmaker Audi has begun taking orders in Russia for its all-electric e-tron crossover. The starting price of the car is 5 rubles, but after playing around with the configurator and adding the basic options that should be in a modern car, we immediately get a price in the region of 595 rubles. As a result, despite the lower starting price of the model in comparison with the competitor Jaguar I-Pace, which was the first to enter our market, the e-tron from Audi with similar equipment is obtained in the same price category.

A week with Redmi Note 9s

The Redmi Note 9s smartphone from Xiaomi is a rather strange model from the new line. It went on sale a week before the global announcement of the Redmi Note 9 series, and even the only one of the new trinity lost the NFC module, which began to be installed in Redmi Note devices starting from the previous version. As a result, we get a seemingly new device with an up-to-date design, a fast fingerprint scanner on the side, good performance, but without NFC.

The device is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G chipset, is equipped with 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of permanent memory, and a 6.67 ″ IPS display with FHD + resolution. The device has enough performance for various tasks, including modern games, but the first versions of the firmware are full of lags, which makes you sad. So sometimes with a long delay, the desktops are loaded after unlocking, you stand for 10 seconds and look at the blank wallpaper. A couple of times, I lost access to the shutter, and it was possible to return it only after rebooting the device. This behavior is quite common for Xiaomi devices, with new updates, bugs are removed, but the new firmware will not arrive on Redmi Note 9s.

The screen is large and quite high-quality, only the factory film on the screen does not shine with quality, it does not have an oleophobic coating, and its edges interfere with gestures. It’s nice, of course, that the film comes with the device, but I would prefer it to be an option, and not immediately glued to the display.

The fingerprint scanner integrated into the power button and located on the side edge, which has now become fashionable, works accurately and quickly. But I would like the button to be drowned deeper into the body, otherwise you cling to its edges with your finger. The 5020 mAh battery provides more than a day of autonomous operation, and the kit already comes with a power supply for fast charging.

The main camera with four modules, which has already become the norm for the middle price segment. The block of cameras is square, somewhat reminiscent of Bender from “Futurama” and is shifted to the center, which somehow refreshes the appearance of the device. The main module is 48 megapixels, there is an 8 megapixel ultra-wide lens, a 5 megapixel camera for macro photography and a 2 megapixel depth module. In general, the quality of the camera for a device that costs less than 20 rubles is very good, so the owners will obviously not be disappointed with it.

Redmi Note 9s turned out to be a good smartphone for 17 rubles, and some stores are already selling it for 990 rubles. For this money, you get a stylish smartphone in interesting colors, however, with a very branded back, a large high-quality IPS display, a good camera, good performance and a capacious battery. If the lack of NFC is not critical for you, then you can safely take it. Yes, you will have to wait a while for Xiaomi to remove small bugs in the firmware, but I want to believe that this will happen soon.
