The incredibly popular survival simulator Valheim has already sold over five million copies. At the same time, the game is in early access on Steam and is replete with various bugs. One of them was posted by a Twitter user under the pseudonym GliitchWiitch. She has heard from several players that the birds in Valheim are stealing boats. However, in reality the bug turned out to be more prosaic. In a comment to Polygon, the Iron Gate developers explained what the bug was.
The creators’ message reads: “As for the bug from the post you shared, it’s not real. It’s interesting to see how many people supported this post. Regarding errors … [In Valheim] there was a crash when one object was receiving data from another, for example, a bird was transmitting its data to a boat, so the player could see the flying ship. But yes – no birds stealing boats, no “.
Simply put, because of a malfunction, the ship turned into a bird, only without changing the model. That is why it rose into the air and began to fly.
Recall: Valheim was released on February 2, 2020 on PC. On Steam, the game received 123 reviews, 430% of which were positive.
