The authors talked about this in the text dedicated to the Intel Core i7-11700K processor. They listed the technical characteristics of the new model and also named its performance. UserBenchmark says that the number of instructions executed per clock (IPC) has increased by 19% for the processor. This will allow it to outperform the competitive Ryzen 5000.
Also, the authors stated that there is a “conspiracy” on the part of AMD. The company allegedly coordinates the actions of the surveyors. Therefore, the latter choose not quite suitable benchmarks, gaming applications and rivals. This allows us to highlight the weaknesses of Intel processors.
However, one should understand that UserBenchmark itself has an ambiguous attitude towards AMD.
