The root cause of the crash is reported to be an Android System WebView app update error. Google started rolling out the update yesterday, and after that, some users experienced crashes in unrelated Android apps.
To resolve the issue, Business Insider advises removing the Android System WebView update. If the application cannot be found, then you need to deactivate Google Chrome, and then the Android System WebView should become visible.
Users can also try updating Android System WebView and Google Chrome via Google Play, as Google said it has already fixed the bug.
