Montreal studio Clever Plays on the website of the digital distribution service Steam announced the final list of target platforms and the exact release date for its asymmetric spy shooter Operation: Tango.

Recall that, until recently, the release of Operation: Tango was expected this spring on PC (Steam), PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, and in mid-March the PlayStation 5 was added to the list.

As it became known, the developers will not be in time by the target date – the premiere of Operation: Tango is now scheduled for June 1 of this year in versions for PC (Steam, Epic Games Store), PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X and S.

Simultaneously with the above information, the cost of Operation: Tango became known – $ 20 (the ruble equivalent was not specified). At the same time, to play in co-op, users need only one copy for two.

“This is really the perfect game for these socially distanced times, as it allows you to ‘play together separately’ and provides a unique experience that other projects simply do not have.”– added the head of Clever Plays Angela Mejia in a press release.

Operation slogan: Tango – “It Takes Two to Save the World”… The spy adventure is designed for two players: the first player explores the real world as Agent Angel, and the second takes on the duties of the hacker Alistair.

Operation: Tango also promises cross-platform multiplayer. “The atmosphere of classic spy films”, “Innovative puzzles” и “Unique and exciting challenges”.
