Streum On Studio and Focus Home Interactive continue to publish weapons videos in the upcoming shooter Necromunda: Hired Gun. Not so long ago, the developers showed gunfights using an auto-pistol, and now they have demonstrated a bolter in action.
Fresh video demonstrates about fifteen seconds of gameplay. In these shots, you can see how the main character actively deals with humanoid opponents, robots and even dogs. It fires exclusively with a bolter – a type of weapon in the Warhammer 40,000 universe, loaded with bolts. These projectiles explode on impact. The bolter is heavier than an auto-pistol and not as fast-firing.
As a reminder, Necromunda: Hired Gun was announced more than two weeks ago. In the upcoming shooter, players will have to reincarnate as a mercenary who fulfills orders on the territory of the hive city of Necromunda. The main character’s only goal is to accumulate as much money as possible. The protagonist’s partner will be his cybermastiff, who can warn of danger and attack enemies.
Necromunda: Hired Gun will be released June 1, 2021 on PC, PS4, Xbox One, PS5, Xbox Series X and Series S.
