Snapshot Games Studio, led by the creator of the X-COM series Julian Gollop (Julian Gollop) on the official website of its tactical strategy Phoenix Point presented a plan for the development of the game for the current year.

The fourth expansion – Corrupted Horizons – will be released in the summer and will bring with it a new class, type of opponents and “An even more dangerous threat”… The fifth addon (so far untitled) will be dedicated to vehicles. The release is expected by the end of the year.

Snapshot Games says the console versions are still in development and are scheduled to premiere in the fourth quarter of this year. The Phoenix Point bundle for PS4 and Xbox One will include all of the DLCs that were released at that time.
Phoenix Point debuted in December 2019 on PC (Epic Games Store, Microsoft Store). With the release of the Year One Edition in December 2020, the game appeared on Steam, and after another month and a half it reached the Google Stadia service.
