Experts have proposed to develop a concept of a mathematical model of the brain, called “interacting recurrent network.” The Next Web writes that within this model, the brain is divided into a finite number of regions. Each of them will contain several million neurons.
As a result, neurons in each area will interact with each other in such a way that they can also have connections with several other areas. Thanks to just such “interregional connections”, specialists will be able to excite or inhibit neurons.
Together, all these “abilities” of a new type of neural networks will allow specialists to develop much more advanced AI than existing analogues.
