The Duke of York has been dragged into Ghislaine Maxwell’s sex-trafficking trial after Jeffrey Epstein’s long-time pilot told a court he was one of a number of famous people to fly on the billionaire paedophile’s private jet, nicknamed the “Lolita Express”.
