Weekend away
The dream Valentine’s Day celebration for me would be a weekend in Paris, sans children, walking everywhere, fuelled by pain au chocolat, cafe au lait and red wine. They are activities that demand comfort, certainly, but also style, because I’d like to hold my own when surrounded by French women. Avoid Emily in Paris cliches like berets, although if I did have a green tweed Chanel jacket like the eponymous ex-pat, I’d never take it off.
