A new video of shelling has been published in the city, in which, according to the President of the Russian Federation, hostilities have ended.
Despite the Kremlin’s assurances about the absence of hostilities in Mariupol, where the last defenders of the city continue to be at the Azovstal plant, shelling continues here.
This is evidenced by the video published by the adviser to the mayor of Mariupol, Petro Andryushchenko, in the Telegram channel.
According to him, videos posted by propagandists from Mariupol are now accompanied by a text stating that these footage “was filmed before Azovstal was completely blocked.”
According to an adviser to the mayor, the battles caught on video took place in Mariupol on April 26. On this day, the invaders closed the territory of the Left Bank district of the city due to street fighting.
In addition, the captured footage shows equipment marked “V”, which appeared in Mariupol after part of the invaders left the city on Easter. Previously, in the city, Russian vehicles had the letter “Z” on them.
Recall that Russian President Vladimir Putin said that Mariupol was supposedly not shelled. Aleksey Arestovich, adviser to the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, accused President Putin of cynically lying about the situation in Mariupol. According to him, the hostilities do not subside, the bombardments of Azovstal continue.
