Russian invaders seized the Melitopol City Museum of Local Lore.
The Russians, who temporarily occupied the city, found a “justification” for the robbery of the institution. They spread the lie that they supposedly saved the Scythian gold exhibited in the museum from the former employees of the institution.
This was reported in the press service of the Zaporozhye Regional Military Administration.
The occupiers of the erorist state spread information, saying that the museum workers wanted to take the Scythian gold out of the country.
The Regional State Administration reports that the collaborators showed the Russians the place where the Scythian gold, discovered by archaeologists in the 1950s, is stored.
As reported, near the temporarily occupied Melitopol, Zaporozhye region, Russian invaders replaced the area near the “Stone Grave”. In addition, the military of the Russian Federation is digging trenches in the villages located near the reserve, one of the oldest monuments of nature and history.
