In China, the presentation of Honor Play 6T and Play 6T Pro took place, which replenished the segment of mid-budget solutions. The key point in the promotion of new products was a solid amount of memory: 8/128 and 8/256 GB in the case of both models. At the same time, the most notable feature of the firmware was an unusual design for the Chinese tech giant, reminiscent of either the iPhone 12 or the products of BBK daughters (Realme, OPPO, OnePlus). A significant role in appearance is played by a 6.7″ IPS screen with the thinnest frames (1.1 mm) and a refresh rate of 90 Hz. Looking back at the price, about which a little later, the device has a good filling: MediaTek Dimensity 810 chipset, 48-megapixel camera and a 40-watt 4000 mAh battery charger.
Honor Play 6T Pro
The younger Honor Play 6T is also equipped with a 90 Hz screen of a similar diagonal of 6.74″, but there is already a TFT LCD panel with a modest resolution of 1600 x 720 pixels. But the battery is larger (5000 mAh, 22.5 W) and there are already three cameras: 13 -Mp main and a pair of 2-megapixel plugs.A 3.5mm audio jack for both new products will not be out of place. The software base is the Magic UI 5.0 shell based on Android 11.
Honor Play 6T
The Honor Play 6T Pro will hit the shelves of Chinese stores on April 12 in silver, black and pink colors at a price of 1399 and 1599 yuan. The younger Honor Play 6T will be released three days later, on April 15, in silver, blue and black colors and will cost 1199 and 1399 yuan.
