POCO is gearing up to launch its first smartwatch and TWS earbuds on April 26th in partnership with Genshin Impact, but we’ve already seen the watch and earbuds. It was not enough for us to have the same phones under different brands …
Let’s start with the POCO Buds Pro headphones. Their images were shared today by @OnLeaks and the portal Digit.in – and they turned out to be nothing more than a new version of Redmi AirDots 3 Pro (aka Redmi Buds 3 Pro), previously released in China in exactly the same design and style. According to the characteristics, there are no differences either: the same 6/28 hours from a charge / from a case, IPX4, Bluetooth 5.2, active noise reduction up to 35 dB and transparency mode.
The POCO Watch also looks familiar. Can you guess what model this is? That’s right, this is Redmi Watch 2, which was released back in October last year. Here is the same AMOLED display with a diagonal of 1.6 inches, a 225 mAh battery, GPS support, an optical heart rate sensor and the ability to measure SpO2.
Given that the available images completely repeat the original model, and even its colors, there are doubts about the difference in any other characteristics. Well, let’s wait for the announcement and find out the truth.
