Overview of Tronsmart Element Force and Force+ wireless speakers

Today I will talk about two new speakers from Tronsmart – Element Force and Element Force +. This is a pair of powerful 40W speakers with NFC, Type-C charging, AUX connection and memory card slots. At the same time, they can play music for 15 hours, and their cases are well protected from moisture. And so much so that they are not afraid of even complete immersion in water.

Glory to Ukraine!

Design

I will say right away that the main difference between the speakers lies in the design and a little in the kit, but not much. Force + – more brutal, angular and equipped with a rigid attachment to a harness, belt or lace. The usual Force is a little simpler, more civilized in appearance, but it also has a mount, however, it is also simpler.

Both columns are covered with rubber, and metal ribs give rigidity and shock resistance. As already mentioned, both models are protected according to the IPx7 standard, that is, not just from the rain, but they are not afraid of falling into the pool, for example. True, no longer than 30 minutes.

Both speakers come with a USB Type-C charging cable and an AUX cable for wired connection to audio sources. This is from the general. But with Element Force + there is also a long lace. And of course, the instruction, and this is the rare case when I recommend looking into it, because the columns are not as simple as they might seem, but in the good sense of the word.

Opportunities

So, now about the possibilities of these columns. First of all, connection. To do this, the speakers have Bluetooth 4.2, a microSD card slot and a 3.5 mm jack. With Bluetooth, in general, everything is standard and there were no connection problems during use. The connection remained reliable and without breaks at a distance of about 15 meters under the condition of line of sight. Both speakers can be an external communication system, for this they have a built-in microphone, but I do not recommend moving far from it. Well, for a quick connection there is NFC.

Speaking of Bluetooth, one cannot fail to note the support for the TWS function. It allows you to combine two speakers within the same Tronsmart range together and get stereo sound and expand the stereo base.

This is done as simply as possible. Turn on both speakers, hold down the equalizer button on each, within a few seconds the speakers find each other and then you can connect them to the phone as one device. An interesting feature, especially if one of your friends already has such a column.

As for memory cards, there is support for NTFS and exFAT file systems, MP3, WMA and even FLAC are supported from formats. True, it turned out empirically that not every Lossless file will be played, this should be taken into account. Although, it makes little sense to play FLAC on these speakers.

And now it’s time to talk about sound quality. A pair of speakers with a declared power of 20 watts each is responsible for this. The speakers sound really loud, powerful, deep bass and, in principle, with good detail for such sizes. Of course, there is even a bit too much bass and the sound may seem deaf, but for such dimensions it is still not bad. Of course, this is not the case when you need to listen to every instrument and every note, but the speakers will cope with their function.

For those who want even more bass, there are three equalizer presets that are switched by one button on the case. You can add bass, turn on simulated surround sound, and just balanced sound mode.

Overview of Tronsmart Element Force and Force+ wireless speakers

Pros: design, features, good sound when connected separately

Cons: sound in TWS mode

Conclusion: Tronsmart once again turned out to be a good pair of speakers for outdoor use. I liked everything here – how the speakers are made, connectivity and good autonomy. The speakers sound juicy, powerful – as it should be for products of this class. And since the season of picnics and beaches is coming soon, Tronsmart Element Force is the best fit for this.
