Many owners of the Samsung Galaxy S20 remember a series of unpleasant cases associated with the “death strip” that suddenly appears on the smartphone screen. Last year, users reported a green bar that appeared in random places on the screen and disabled devices. Unfortunately, the problem has again made itself felt – now not only green, but also pink stripes appear on the screens.
Massive reports of trouble appeared on the Samsung forum , Twitter and Reddit. Some users have reported that smartphones are broken after a recent firmware update. Others just found the phone in this form for no reason.
A year ago, one lucky person managed to change the screen under warranty, but many owners were left out of work, since the warranty period for servicing the S20 had already expired. What will happen to smartphones now and how Samsung will respond to the problem – we hope to find out in the near future.
