Hockey club “Energia” took a radical step and stopped cooperation with Russian and Belarusian hockey players.
The Polish club does not want to have anything to do with the hockey players of the aggressor countries.

It is noted that this season seven Russians and three Belarusians played for Energia.
“In the current situation, we have no choice. This would be a manifestation of a kind of selfishness. We must look more broadly at the realities in which the club operates. In addition to the moral aspect, there is also an element of perception of the club by sponsors and fans. Therefore, today such a decision. We are recruiting. players whose presence in the team does not raise any doubts, and also does not cause additional problems,” Energia President Bohdan Rozvadovsky said.
Recall that the Russian hockey player was beaten during an NHL match on the eve of a meeting with US President Joe Biden.
