Military expert Vladislav Seleznev spoke about this in an interview with OBOZREVATEL.
“In fact, all bases, arsenals, warehouses and military units on the territory of Crimea, everything that can move, everything that can fight, was sent to the front. The losses of the 126th Gorlovskaya Guards Brigade, stationed in Perevalnoye, are colossal. tactical groups that were formed on the basis of this brigade and fought in the Kherson region were destroyed,” he said.
According to him, now Russia is taking certain measures to resupply its troops, but this is not a quick process.
“I think that the local resources that Putin can now focus on, provided that he does not announce a general mobilization, are conscripts. Conscription began in the Russian Federation on April 1. With a high probability, these conscripts, having passed 2-3 – a monthly training course, closer to July they will be put in the ranks and fill those vacancies that have formed in the Russian troops as a result of the death or injury of Russian soldiers,” the expert explained.
