Since May 9, some kindergartens have been opened in the Ivano-Frankivsk region, which were closed after the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation into the territory of Ukraine.
The list of kindergartens that will start working from May 9 will be independently determined by the territorial communities. An important condition for the opening of preschool institutions is the availability of shelter.
This was announced by the head of the Ivano-Frankivsk Regional State Administration Svetlana Onishchuk.
According to her, parents who want their children to attend a kindergarten must submit a relevant application and a certificate confirming that one of the parents is working to the management of the institution that the child attends.
“Important: the work of on-duty kindergartens will be resumed, and only those in which shelters are equipped. Territorial communities will independently determine the list of such institutions,” Onischuk explained.
Meanwhile, diplomats resume work in Kyiv. What gives confidence that there will be no repeated attacks on the capital, read here.
Recall that since the beginning of the war, Russian invaders have killed 220 children in Ukraine, more than 406 have been injured.
