The Russian government does not stop trying to seize the territory of Ukraine. In particular, the Russian military is currently preparing for the third cycle of the war.
Aleksey Arestovich , adviser to the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, spoke about three possible scenarios for the offensive of the occupiers.
The adviser to the head of the OP expressed his opinion in a conversation with Russian human rights activist Mark Feigin on Tuesday, May 3.
“They are preparing for the third cycle in the second half of May. And now they will already be trying to attack somewhere. But this already depends on how much we save our funds in our confrontation. We will receive Western assistance,” the politician said.
In particular, Arestovich noted that three scenarios for the development of the event are possible.
“Three options are possible: the first – we will not have time to prepare, but they continue to put pressure. This is the Donbass, Kryvyi Rih and Zaporozhye operations – the enemy will try to achieve success in these areas. We will even out the parity. And the option – we will have time to accumulate a tranche and go on the offensive in some areas , and this mass of poorly trained people will defend themselves,” Arestovich added.
The politician also believes that the government of the Russian Federation “will throw military waves until the population that can fight ends.”
“But I clearly see that the Putin regime will try to do this (to gather new forces – ed.) in waves until the population that can fight ends,” Arestovich added.
Recall that Russia is trying to replenish the loss of combat strength , so it mobilizes reservists. In particular, even military pensioners receive summons to the draft board.
