Explosions over the Vinnitsa region, which were heard by local residents, are the work of Ukrainian air defense.
On May 3, in the evening, in the sky over the Vinnytsia region, Ukrainian air defense forces shot down enemy missiles.
This was told by the head of the Vinnitsa OVA Sergey Borzov in Telegram .
“Two pops that the residents of Vinnitsa heard – it was our air defense that worked. They are looking for fragments of downed missiles,” Borzov said.
Recall that explosions were heard in Lviv , Vinnytsia and Kirovohrad regions.
The mayor of Lvov, Andrey Sadovy , confirmed the explosions in his city. According to him, as a result of a missile attack on Lviv, two electrical substations were damaged.
