Aleksey Arestovich, adviser to the head of the OP, told why, with a full mobilized reserve, Ukrainian men are not allowed to travel abroad for the time being.
Arestovich said those restrictions could be eased.
He announced this on air on Channel 24.
“This is a huge issue. Now there is a discussion that certain categories of men are allowed to travel abroad, at least for a short time. After all, volunteers leave anyway, with the obligation to return. Businessmen, scientists, many categories of men who need it (permits to travel abroad border. – Ed.),” Arestovich said.
However, this requires a change in legislation and a decision by the Verkhovna Rada. According to Arestovich, this will take some time.
