Russian missile strikes on critical infrastructure have not become a problem for the supply of military support to Ukraine, aid continues to flow.
This was stated by Pentagon Speaker John Kirby, – writes Ukrinform.
“They (the Russians – ed.) were trying to hit what we believe are critical infrastructure targets in the west (Ukraine – ed.), including power supply facilities, transport hubs, etc. We consider this as their attempts to undermine Ukraine’s ability to renew its forces,” the US defense official said.
Despite such strikes, the United States retains every opportunity to provide military assistance, including weapons systems. According to Kirby, the US and other Western countries have many ways to transport needed aid to Ukraine.
“We know that materials, weapons, ammunition fall into the hands of Ukrainians,” the Pentagon spokesman concluded.
