GNSU sent a notification about the discovery of signs of a criminal offense.
A 20-year-old resident of Kherson tried to cross the border into Transcarpathia at the Solotvyno checkpoint with a fake pension.
This was reported in the Western Regional Department of the State Border Service of Ukraine.
The guy at the checkpoint provided the border guards with his pension certificate.
“In the course of an in-depth study of the provided document, the border guards found that it was fake. During the interview, the unfortunate pensioner said that he had purchased a certificate from a businessman from Kherson for $1,500,” the service said in a statement.
GNSU sent a notification about the discovery of signs of a criminal offense under Part 4 of Art. 358 of the Criminal Code (Forgery of documents, seals, stamps and forms, sale or use of forged documents, seals, stamps) and art. 336 of the Criminal Code (Draft evasion for mobilization).
The guy faces a restriction of freedom for at least three years.
Recall that earlier the head of the self-proclaimed “DRN” Denis Pushilin canceled the “Victory Parade” on May 9.
As reported, Arestovich named the three main directions of the offensive of the Russian invaders before May 9 .
