As noted in the message of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the enemy does not stop trying to improve the tactical position of his units in the area of the city of Izyum, makes artillery shelling of nearby settlements, but has no success.
This is stated in the evening summary of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine dated May 5.
“Due to significant losses, the enemy brought a unit from the 4th Tank Division of the 1st Tank Army and the 106th Airborne Division of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation for restoration,” the press service of the Armed Forces of Ukraine informs.
Recall, according to the General Staff, Russian infidels continue their offensive in the Donbass and provocations in Transnistria and Belarus. The military of the Russian Federation is regrouping and taking measures to replenish ammunition and fuel.
