Belarusian dictator Lukashenko described his relationship with Kremlin dictator Vladimir Putin as the closest and most open.
Alexander Lukashenko expressed his conviction that Putin has no more friendly relations with any of the world leaders, except for him.
Lukashenko said this in an interview with the Associated Press.
“(Putin does not) have closer, more open or more friendly relations with any world leader other than the president of Belarus,” he said.
At the same time, according to him, despite the fact that the Russian Federation regularly fires missiles at Ukraine from the territory of Belarus, Lukashenka’s military conducted exercises this week, Minsk allegedly does not threaten Ukraine.
“We do not threaten anyone and we are not going to threaten and will not. Moreover, we cannot threaten – we know who is opposed to us, therefore, resolving some kind of conflict, some kind of war here … is completely not in favor of the Belarusian state. So the West can sleep peacefully,” Lukashenka said.
It should be reminded that a sudden check of the reaction forces has begun in the Armed Forces of Belarus. Belarusian troops conduct training within the framework of seasonal norms. Against this background, the Russian Federation will try to inflate the threat to Ukraine, according to the British Ministry of Defense.
