In the Sumy region, law enforcement officers informed the man about suspicion of treason.
The detainee voluntarily cooperated with the Russian military and helped the invaders move across the territory of Ukraine, bypassing the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
This was announced today, May 6, in the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
“The suspect voluntarily began to cooperate with the occupiers. In particular, he passed on to the enemy information about safe ways to move around the territory of the Boromlyansk united territorial community, the location of representatives of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations. In addition, he personally accompanied columns of enemy military equipment,” the message says.
The attacker was detained, the issue of electing him a measure of restraint in the form of detention is being decided.
