Oleksandr Pavlyuk, the head of the Kyiv OVA, is convinced that the possibility of a second offensive by Russian troops on the Ukrainian capital always remains.
He assured that the authorities do not exclude such options, calculate and prepare for various possible scenarios for the actions of the Russian occupiers .
Pavlyuk spoke about this in an interview with Ukrinform.
“The probability always remains, because without the capture of the capital there will never be a complete victory over Ukraine. Therefore, if Russia’s plans remain the complete destruction of Ukraine, and it has always been, and as long as Russia exists, the heart of Ukraine – Kiev – will be at gunpoint “, – said the head of the Kiev region.
“We do not exclude such options, we calculate and prepare for various possible scenarios of enemy actions,” he added.
Recall that on May 6, the Kyiv City State Administration reported that the number of people returning to Kiev had significantly decreased.
