In general, Ukrainian troops in the Donetsk and Lugansk directions continue to defend the state.

In particular, the Ukrainian defenders destroyed eight enemy tanks, 11 combat armored units and five vehicles.
Air defense units in the sky of the Ukrainian Donbas shot down seven unmanned aerial vehicles of the Orlan-10 type.
“Ukrainian servicemen continue to courageously and heroically hold back the invasion of the aggressor!” – the message says.
Recall that during the day, May 5, in the area of responsibility of the “Skhid” operational-tactical group, Russian invaders carried out two attacks.
