According to the investigation, the Russian political strategist publicly called for the genocide of the Ukrainian people through their physical destruction, the forcible change of the constitutional order, as well as for changing the boundaries of the territory and the state border of Ukraine.

Under the procedural guidance of the prosecutors of the Office of the Prosecutor General, the Russian propagandist was informed of the suspicion of public calls for genocide, the commission of actions aimed at forcibly changing and overthrowing the constitutional order, as well as an encroachment on the territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine, part (. 3 Article 109, part 1 article 110, part 2 article 442 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

“On April 3, 2022, on the website of the Russian edition of RIA Novosti, his article was posted entitled “What Russia should do with Ukraine.” In it, the author calls for the physical destruction of part of the Ukrainian people. In his opinion, it is necessary to create conditions on the territory of Ukraine that would lead to the partial annihilation of Ukrainians, liquidate the statehood of Ukraine and generally deprive our state of the name Ukraine,” the message reads.

The propagandist also speaks about the accession of almost the entire territory of Ukraine, except for 5 western regions, to the Russian Federation with the spread of Russian legislation to it.

In his publication, the suspect calls to judge all Ukrainians for their patriotic position, subject them to ideological repression and completely rewrite educational literature for children according to the Russian model.

Pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings is carried out by the Security Service of Ukraine.
