The occupying authorities introduce permits for the movement of people in the city both within Mariupol and within the Donetsk region. However, to get such a piece of paper, you need to go through “filtering”.
This was announced by the adviser to the mayor of Mariupol, Petr Andryushchenko, in his Telegram.
According to him, the invaders of the terrorist state of Russia explained to the residents of the city how to get permission to move. First of all, you need to go through “filtering”. People are being checked at the “Ministry of Internal Affairs” regional departments in Mangush, Novoazovsk, Nikolsky or at the Mangush or Bezimennoe checkpoints.
Only after checking with a certificate should you contact the Mariupol commandant’s office. Already there you can get a pass for movement in the Donetsk region.
“The third document that Mariupol residents should receive for a hint of free movement. A certificate of filtration, a pass to move around the city streets and a pass to move outside Mariupol. If the ghetto looks somehow different, I don’t know how…”, — City Hall said in a statement.
As reported, the Russian invaders are returning elements of the Soviet Union and the Russian Federation to the temporarily captured settlements. The Russians revived the traffic police in Mariupol.
