Boris Johnson promised to continue to support Ukraine in the fight against Russian aggression.
British Prime Minister Boris Johnson , in his congratulations on Victory in Europe Day on May 8, recalled Russia’s ongoing war against Ukraine.
Boris Johnson posted a video message on his Twitter.
“On Victory in Europe Day, when we remember those who gave their lives for our freedom and future, we also think of those who died or were injured as a result of Russia’s illegal invasion of Ukraine. Our respect and gratitude to those who fought in previous conflicts strengthens our resolute determination to support the Ukrainian people in their struggle. We will not forget the contribution of different generations for the sake of peace and freedom in Europe,” the speech says.

Recall that the UK will additionally allocate $ 1.6 billion in military assistance to Ukraine.
