This is stated in the evening summary of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on May 8.
“Until May 27 of this year, a training meeting of territorial defense units is being held on the territory of the Minsk region with the involvement of those liable for military service who are in the reserve,” the report says.
It is noted that there is still a possibility of rocket and bomb strikes by units of the armed forces of the Russian Federation on infrastructure facilities of Ukraine from the territory and airspace of the Republic of Belarus.
Also, the General Staff reported that the enemy is conducting military operations in the Donetsk and Tauride directions. in order to constrain the actions of units of the Defense Forces.
