Russian occupiers shell Ukrainian cities and towns every day. In particular, today the enemy struck at the Odessa, Sumy, Donetsk, Kharkov and Luhansk regions.
In particular, yesterday, May 7, the invaders fired at a school in Belogorovka, where about 90 civilians were hiding.
As Volodymyr Zelenskyy said in his video message, 60 civilians were killed as a result of an enemy airstrike.
“About 60 people were killed as a result of a Russian air strike on Belogorovka, Luhansk region. Civilians who were simply hiding in a school from shelling. It was a targeted strike on the school. Another crime of the occupiers,” the President of Ukraine said.
Today, May 8, when the entire civilized world honors the memory of the victims of World War II, the Russian invaders continued to ruthlessly shell Ukrainian cities and towns.
“Another missile attack on the Odessa region, another hit on a residential building, again shelling in the Sumy region, brutal shelling in the Donbass and Kharkiv region. It seems to be not May 8, as if tomorrow and not May 9, when the main word should be peace for all normal people. Russia has forgotten everything that was important for the victors in World War II. But Ukraine and the entire free world will be reminded so that no one will forget later,” the president added.
Recall that in the same video message, Volodymyr Zelenskyy summed up the meeting of the leaders of the G7 states, in which he took part together with Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.
