A re-examination for the extension of disability can be done after the end of martial law.
People whose disability has expired during martial law are allowed to extend their disability in absentia, the Ministry of Health reported .
The re-review, the period of which fell on the period of martial law on the territory of Ukraine, is postponed for a period after the termination/cancellation of martial law, but no later than six months after its termination/cancellation.
Children and adults with disabilities can receive, in accordance with an individual rehabilitation program, without undergoing a re-examination of the LCC or MSEC:
- social payments;
- rehabilitation services and auxiliary products (crutches, walkers, wheelchairs), means of incontinence, such as diapers, catheters, etc.;
- educational services;
- relevant benefits.
