Soon queues at gas stations should decrease and prices should stabilize as a result of state control.
Gasoline should fall in price less than 40 hryvnia per liter, and diesel should not cost more than 43 hryvnia. This is reported in the team of First Deputy Prime Minister Yulia Sviridenko.
In the Polish capital, the Ukrainian delegation took part in a fuel forum with the participation of the Polish government and the operators of the fuel market in this country. Already this month, the import of oil products from Poland by rail will increase from 60,000 tons per month to 200,000 tons.
Fuel deliveries through Romanian and Polish ports are also intensifying – we are talking about raw materials from the USA and Scandinavia.
The government of Ukraine urges citizens not to panic, not to try to fill a full tank every time, to remember that fuel is essential for the armed forces and emergency services. The Cabinet reminds that the country’s key oil refinery is Kremenchug, which was destroyed as a result of Russian aggression.
“Today we managed to invent some logistical ways, somewhere the ports agreed and will do round-the-clock work, somewhere the second shift, so that the resource is delivered to Ukraine. We just want to reassure all Ukrainians – there is fuel, there will be, there is no need to panic,” officials say.
