The top military leadership of Russia continues to send conscripts to the war in Ukraine, despite the Kremlin’s statements about preventing the participation of conscripts in the so-called “special operation”.

According to Ukrainian intelligence, it is the conscripts who die first during the hostilities.

“Poor training, obsolete weapons and equipment lead to inevitable death or injury. Another reason for the high mortality of conscripts in the army of the occupying country is their involvement in actions in the first echelon of troops, in which more experienced contract soldiers refuse to participate,” the statement says. in the message.

The Russian command is not able to ensure the full-fledged recruitment of combat units, despite the covert mobilization on the territory of Russia and the forced mobilization of men in the temporarily uncontrolled territories of Ukraine.
