About 5 million people were forced to leave Ukraine because of the full-scale war launched by the Russian Federation, led by dictator Putin.
Since the beginning of the war, about 5 million people have left Ukraine, but now people are returning. According to the latest data, 4.7 million Ukrainians returned to their homeland.
This was stated in an interview by Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal .
“About 5 million people. The officially recorded figure is 4.7 million. Over the past two weeks, 700,000 Ukrainians have already returned. And every day more returns than leave Ukraine,” he said.
According to the head of government, the fact that citizens are returning is felt after cities come to life.
“We feel it by the fullness of the cities, by the resumption of work. If 32% of business was stopped, now only 17%. That is, we understand that business is returning to work, people are returning,” the prime minister explained.
Recall that in Poland, some simplifications were prepared for schoolchildren from Ukraine during the math exam.
