The representative of Ukraine at the Eurovision Song Contest 2022 Kalush Orchestra performed in the first semi-final.
The artists appeared on the PalaOlimpico stage at number 6 and lit up with a powerful number, performing Stefania.
So, the band’s frontman Oleg Psyuk appeared before the audience in a branded pink panama and a shiny vest.
The other members wore fringed costumes and poppy flowers on their heads.
Behind the Kalush Orchestra on the big screen were the eyes of an elderly woman with tears. And the “swaying” of the artists before the chorus was accompanied by “shadows with an ornament”, which repeated the movements of the band members. The dances of Kilimmen were appreciated by the audience with thunderous applause.
After the performance, the audience in the hall gave a loud and long standing ovation to our participants. Also in the hall fluttered a lot of blue and yellow flags.
At the end of his speech, Oleg Psyuk thanked everyone for supporting Ukraine.
Recall that the singer from Albania effectively opened the first semi-final . The artist represented the country with the song Sekret.
