President Volodymyr Zelensky called on Ukrainians not to spread panic over the situation at the front.
The head of state stressed that our defenders are doing everything possible to liberate the occupied territories, but there is no need to demand “daily victories” from them.
He said this in his video message on the evening of May 10.
“I want to urge all our people, and especially those in the rear, not to spread excessive emotions. You shouldn’t create such an atmosphere of specific moral pressure when certain victories are expected weekly and even daily,” Zelensky said.
According to him, the Armed Forces of Ukraine are doing everything to liberate our land, our people, our cities – Kherson, Melitopol, Berdyansk, Mariupol and all the rest.
“I am grateful to all our defenders and defenders who hold the defense and show really superhuman strength to drive out the army of invaders. Once the second most powerful army in the world,” the president summed up.
