At present, the issue of declaring the invaders-murderers on the international wanted list is being resolved.
Three servicemen of the armed forces of the Russian Federation were notified in absentia of suspicion of violating the laws and customs of war, connected with premeditated murder (part 2 of article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
According to the investigation, in March 2022, in the occupied city of Bucha, Kyiv region, suspects ill-treated civilians. It was established that the invaders broke into a private house and shot two residents with shots to the head.
This is stated in the message of the Office of the Prosecutor General.
The suspects have been identified.
The issue of declaring them on the international wanted list is currently being resolved.
Pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings continues.
“If you recognize these Russian servicemen and have evidence of their involvement in other atrocities, send evidence to our single hub: warcrimes.gov.ua or contact the Buchansk District Prosecutor’s Office: 063-530-69-06,” the message says.
Recall that the Russian invaders left a radioactive flask with poisonous mercury in one of the houses in Bucha .
