A renewed branch of the National Police was opened in Borodyanka.
The National Police resumed the work of the police station in Borodyanka in the Kiev region.
This was reported by the press service of the National Police of Ukraine.
During the occupation of the city, the headquarters of the Russian military was located in the premises where the police will work.
It is noted that the personnel of the Borodyansk police department serves 40 settlements, about 50 thousand citizens.
According to the head of the National Police, Igor Klymenko, during the Russian invasion, the police lost 210 police units in the temporarily occupied territories. Only in the Kyiv region, out of 50 administrative buildings, 10 were lost. 1,200 cars were also destroyed. Kyiv region lost 50 service vehicles, including Borodyanka.
Recall that the Kyiv police helped a lonely grandmother, who since the beginning of the war was left without the necessary help. Neighbors handed over a note with the message “I ran out of food, apartment number 403,” which the pensioner threw from her window.
