German Foreign Minister Annalena Berbock said that the supply of weapons by the allies to Ukraine will help prevent the terrible crimes of the Russian invaders in our country.
On Tuesday, May 10, the head of the German Foreign Ministry arrived in Ukraine and visited the liberated city of Bucha in the Kiev region, where she also talked with local residents.
She said that the weapons that Ukraine receives from Western partners will help prevent the horrific atrocities of the Russian military in all regions of our country, CNN reports.
“Arms deliveries mean that the horrific war crimes that I saw again today will not happen in your country,” Burbock said during a visit to Ukraine.
Earlier it became known that Burbock also plans to meet with his colleague Dmitry Kuleba on May 10. After that, the head of the German Foreign Ministry plans to announce the resumption of the work of the German embassy in Kyiv, which has been closed since the beginning of the full-scale war of the Russian Federation against Ukraine.
Recall that on May 10, the head of the German Bundestag, Berbel Bass, called for speeding up the procedure for Ukraine’s accession to the European Union so that a real prospect could be seen.
